I was so nervous my first time visiting Botanical Sciences—but not for long! The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and personable, plus knowledgeable about the product. The staff member who helped me out my first day (whose name I sadly can’t remember, but he was really cool!) gave me a detailed overview of each product and was very patient with my foggy brain. My second visit, I was preparing for surgery and hoping to purchase some stuff to help with recovery. Once again, the kind staff helped me choose products that worked with my goals and helped me get better. This is my third visit, and Isabelle immediately, without being asked, looked up my history to see what I’d bought in the past (which, again, was helpful to my foggy brain). She also informed me about current deals and the points I’d accumulated (which was helpful to my wallet). 10/100 recommend Botanical Sciences.
